24.03.2002 | Zahnimplantate sehen nicht nur aus wie Zähne, sie fühlen sich auch so an. Sie verhindern Knochenverlust und Zahnfleischrückgang, der Brücken, Teilprothesen (Klammerprothesen, Teleskope, Geschiebe, Riegel etc) und Prothesen begleitet. Darüber hinaus brauchen die Nachbarzähne nicht geopfert werden, da die Nachbarzähne nicht verändert werden müssen, um das Implantat zu tragen. Implantate geben Sicherheit, denn Implantate lösen sich nicht unbeabsichtigt, klappern und wackeln nicht. | |
